Ohio Rights Group team, I'd like to introduce below the Tech Task Force, which was created by the Board of Directors to develop our technology platform - a core operations function of our organization. This process is for technology planning - not for site "Admin" and "Tech Support"... contact Robb and me for support. As I point out below:
- "With this team, we all have deep open source IT and Drupal expertise, across a broad range of other distinctive competencies - great tech task force for this."
- we are deploying a massive global community of communities that will ultimately lead to development of a $trillion new economy worldwide.
- Over the next 24-48 hours, I will collect all feedback and prepare a recommendation for the board - with board approval of our plans, we will proceed with rapid site deployment.
In the next few days, I will share our findings with you to implement significant site upgrades by the end of the week - that will define the core platform we build from for the future - please watch for related communications.
Have you made your Ohio Rights Group user profile right and posted your insight there, today? ---------- Forwarded message ----------

Subject: Tech Task Force I'd like to introduce two additional Northeast Ohio technology experts willing to help with the Tech Task Force for Ohio Rights Group. I'd like to introduce Ramzi Harb, who owns PC Medic, an active IT retail and consulting enterprise in the Cleveland area - he has built my computers and provided me with tech support for years - and Phillip Williams, CEO of Bafmin, a North East Ohio Media Technologies Consulting company that focuses on creating interesting projects in the Internet, Mobile, Audio and Video world - he was my CIO in developing realneo.us and we have partnered on other initiatives. Copied here, you have met Vic Rosenbaum. With this team, we all have deep open source IT and Drupal expertise, across a broad range of other distinctive competencies - great tech task force for this.
Yesterday, Vic and I met with Phillip, and then Ramzi, and we are all in the process of developing recommendations for the current Ohio Rights Drupal platform (7 v. Commons 3.0), and other applications (e.g. CRM, Project Management). At this time, they are simply analyzing the configurations - they will not me making any changes nor adding content to the site without a directive from the board. Over the next 24-48 hours, I will collect all your feedback and prepare a recommendation for the board - with board approval of our plans, we will proceed with rapid site deployment.
I look forward to coming to a meeting of such great minds. Feel free to introduce yourselves, raise any questions, and dive into brainstorming on issues and opportunities of our current Drupal 7 implementation, vs. Drupal Commons, considering we are deploying a massive global community of communities that will ultimately lead to development of a $trillion new economy worldwide.
